Roots to Branches Project

Woezo Africa Music & Dance Theatre Inc. and Action Dignity’s B.L.A.C.K (Becoming Leaders Acquiring Critical Knowledge) program present Roots to Branches, an animation project for African, Carribean and Black youth (ages 12 – 22.)  They’re looking for 10 unique stories of lived experiences from youth in Calgary.  They will then adapt these stories into an animated video with creative input from the youth involved.  Applications open today, and will close on June 7th 2021.

Please share this opportunity with the youth in the community, and feel free to forward this to any other contacts.
