Under review on Nov 4, 2021.  Was appealed to SDAB.  Jan 13, 2022 pending appeal outcome. March 23, 2022 the appeal was allowed in part with a 1 year temporary permit and that the garage is exclusive for the basement suite.  Released on March 28, 2022.
