Riocan and Boardwalk Residential Apartment Tower at Brentwood Village Shopping Centre

Riocan and Boardwalk have formed a joint venture project at Brentwood Village Shopping Centre.  The project will be an 11-storey residential tower with approximately 165 rental apartment units.  There will be 2 levels of underground parking as well as at-grade retail space.
