The City of Calgary\u2019s \u2018Blanket Rezoning Bylaw\u2019, officially known as Land Use Bylaw 1P2007, has greatly changed what is allowed to be built, including 4-plexes (plus suites), or even more, depending on the property size.<\/h4>\n

The Brentwood Community Association\u2019s Development & Transportation Committee (DTC) has created this website with some guides to help inform and support you.<\/h4>\n

Many Brentwood community citizens have told us that they are concerned or worried about the changes. The first step is to understand what is being proposed on a specific parcel of land (usually through a Development Permit), and to learn more prior to voicing your opinions to the City.<\/h4>\n
