They are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To allow secondary and backyard suites as a discretionary use in R-1, R-C1 and R-C1L districts;<\/li>\n<li>To develop a policy to guide discretion and relaxations on development permit files, and,<\/li>\n<li>To create a mandatory suite registry and fee schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>There will be an opportunity to speak at council during the March 12 public hearing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Again, March 12 is the opportunity for public involvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The three issues will be voted on separately.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submissions must be received by noon on March 5<sup>th<\/sup>.
