Calgary, get ready to recycle more! Starting October 1, 2026, you’ll be able to recycle more household packaging than ever before. This includes:
- Flexible bagslike chip bags, granola wrappers and coffee bags
- Foam packaginglike cushion blocks, meat trays, and egg cartons
- Tubeslike lotion tubes, deodorant and toothpaste
- Food and body aerosolslike cooking spray, hair spray and sunscreen
