This is an application for a Development Permit for the construction of a new 2-storey home and attached garage.  The proposed home has living areas of about 1297ft² on the main floor, 1227ft² on the second floor, and 1028 ft² developed space in the basement.  Peak roof is about 34.25ft above the basement floor.   The 3-car front garage has a footprint of about 940 ft² and is located along the north property line.
