Our hall is located upstairs in the Brentwood Sportsplex arena. We are centrally located at 1520B Northmount Drive NW. The arena is behind the Nosehill Library and the Sir Winston Churchill Aquatic & Recreation Centre. Our handicapped lift makes the hall wheelchair accessible. It is perfect for small to medium-sized events like birthday or retirement parties, anniversary celebrations, wedding receptions, family reunions etc.
Our kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and oven. The oven can only be used for reheating; no cooking is allowed. A coffee urn, kettle, teapots and water jugs are also available at no extra cost. Tables and chairs (we set up and take-down) are included in the rental. Dishes and cutlery may be rented for an additional charge (see below).
Our bar area has a large cooler and an ice machine.

Rental Cost: $550.00 plus GST for full day
Damage Deposit: $550.00 ($50 is non-refundable if the event is booked then cancelled)
Dishes and Cutlery Rental: $200.00 plus GST
Tables Available: 5 ft round tables and 8 ft rectangular tables
Liability Insurance: We require that you have liability insurance coverage for your event. Special event insurance is available at Duuo: https://duuo.ca/ They can give you a quote for your event. Proof of insurance must be provided to us for your event.
AGLC Liquor Permits: If you will be serving alcohol at your event you must have a liquor permit. More information here: https://aglc.ca/liquor/liquor-licences You must provide us with a copy of your liquor permit.
